Delivery & Refund Policy
We deliver our products to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain . Shipping will be fulfilled by a third-party courier. Delivery within the UAE shall be carried out within 3 working days between 8 AM – 9 PM. UAE Delivery Fees will be at a flat rate of AED 15. International costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address along with your correct contact details. Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Due to the nature of the product and its packaging, only products in its original packing will be refunded. If there was an issue with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to make it right. If the product is damaged as a result of printing, packaging or delivery, we will replace it with a new one upon investigation. Please notify us within 24 hours if there are any issues with your order. In instances, where the product is wrong or damaged we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any claims of return if the product has been used or tampered with.

Please note: Cut-off time for cancellations is 5 PM GST the day before delivery. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be compleed
